Red Wings: Larkin Scores 10th

On May 21, 2015, it was announced that Larkin signed a three-year, entry-level contract with the Detroit Red Wings, foregoing his final three seasons of eligibility at theUniversity of Michigan. He was assigned to the Red Wings’s AHL affiliate, the Grand Rapids Griffins, after signing an amateur tryout.
To wit, Larkin scored his 10th goal of the season Sunday against Florida, taking advantage of a rare miscue on the part of Aleksander Barkov and ripping the puck past Roberto Luongo.
