NHL: All-Star Gaming Reported to Moving to 3 on 3 Format Next Year

A three-game tournament will pit divisions from the same conference against each other, with the East and West winners playing for the championship. Along with the title, McKenzie noted the champions will receive a “large cash incentive.”
The report stated an official announcement is expected as early as Wednesday, with the NHLPA having reportedly signed off on the idea.
